Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 5, 2026

We want every client to feel good about working with BoostBranding, and that includes being upfront about how refunds work. Digital marketing and creative services aren’t like buying a physical product, so our refund process reflects the nature of the work we do. This policy explains when refunds apply, when they don’t, and how to request one.

1. General Policy

Because our services involve time, labor, strategy, and resources that begin as soon as a project starts, most payments are non-refundable once work has begun. This applies to services like SEO, website design and development, branding, PPC campaigns, content creation, and similar deliverables.

We know this might sound strict at first, so here’s the reasoning: unlike a product you can return, our team’s time, research, and execution can’t be “returned” once delivered.

2. When Refunds May Apply

We’ll consider a partial or full refund in the following situations:

  • We fail to start a project within the agreed timeframe without valid reason
  • A service was not delivered as described in the signed proposal or agreement
  • A duplicate payment or billing error occurred on our end
  • Both parties mutually agree to cancel a project before meaningful work has started

3. When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds typically won’t be issued if:

  • Work has already been completed or delivered, even if you change your mind afterward
  • You’re unhappy with results that fall outside factors we control, such as search rankings, ad performance, or algorithm changes
  • You fail to provide access, content, or approvals needed to complete the project
  • The project was cancelled after a significant portion of the work was already done
  • You’ve violated the terms of your service agreement

4. Deposits and Retainers

Deposits paid to secure a project start date or reserve our team’s time are generally non-refundable, since they cover planning, scheduling, and early-stage work. Monthly retainers for ongoing services (like SEO or social media management) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once the month has started.

5. Subscription and Hosting Services

If you’re on a recurring plan for hosting, maintenance, or ongoing marketing services, cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t refund the current billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us at info@boostbranding.io with:

  • Your name and project details
  • Invoice number or payment date
  • A short explanation of why you’re requesting a refund

We’ll review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a charge, we’d genuinely appreciate you reaching out to us directly first so we can sort it out. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can delay resolution and may affect any ongoing services.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above, and the updated version will apply to new agreements going forward.
