By accessing the Site, creating an account, registering for the PTC Business Platform, or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To access certain Services, including the PTC Business Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

4. PTC Business Platform Terms
If you register for or use our PTC Business Platform, you additionally agree that:
- BoostBranding provides technical setup, guidance, and platform infrastructure only, and does not guarantee income, profit, or specific business outcomes.
- You are solely responsible for the legal operation of your PTC business in your jurisdiction, including any licensing, tax, or regulatory requirements.
- Fraudulent activity, automated clicking, fake referrals, or manipulation of the platform will result in account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Payments and Fees
- All fees for Services must be paid in accordance with the pricing and payment terms communicated at the time of purchase.
- Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our [Refund Policy], unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- BoostBranding reserves the right to change pricing for ongoing or future services with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, graphics, text, platform code, and branding materials — is the property of BoostBranding and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Any custom deliverables (websites, designs, content) created for a client will transfer ownership as specified in the individual service agreement, generally upon full payment.
7. Prohibited Conduct
By using our Services, you agree not to:

- Use the Site or Services for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our Site or platform.
